TeamSales launched in 1988 as the first agency of its kind to specialise in supplying sales negotiators to the new homes industry. Now, we recruit across the entire new homes spectrum, from entry to director level and from on-site personnel to head office roles.

In January 2021, TeamSales became a division of TeamResourcing, servicing a wider Property, Construction and Engineering field.

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, unequalled new homes expertise and a shared principle of developing long-term relationships over short-term profit, we have consistently been acknowledged as an industry leader. Our company fully understands the ever-changing nature of the industry which is why we are fully operational 7 days per week, 363 days a year. Our availability enables us to quickly react and respond to both our candidate’s and client’s needs, providing an effective and efficient staffing solution.

Browse our latest New Homes Sales and Head Office positions or contact our consultants to learn more about our opportunities. A selection of our vacancies are not listed under this division, due to confidentiality. Additionally, requirements on the temp desk change literally minute by minute. Therefore, most of our temporary vacancies don’t make it to the website. Reach out to our team today to hear more about our current available roles.

TeamSales provide training to all our candidates to help them put the best foot forward in the start to their new role, and to ensure quality and consistency to our clients.
