Teamsales has long had an industry-wide reputation for standards of excellence in training. Working with an experienced team of motivational trainers, we organise regular in-house training seminars to bring new talent through into the market place.

We have equipped many hundreds of individuals with the necessary tools to launch successful careers in New Homes Sales. We are delighted to say that many have gone on to become clients.

Following on from the success on our in-house training seminars, we also offer bespoke training packages for clients. We are particularly adept at delivering tailored training solutions for your new to industry recruits. One of our industry trainers will take a detailed brief from you and design an induction program suitable for the experience and skill set of the individual recruit.

These 2 day courses have proved hugely popular because of their practical and hands on nature. They are designed to give candidates a clear understanding of the Sales Negotiator’s role; their responsibilities, the sale, the buying process and the customer journey. Whilst we do not claim to train fully fledged negotiators in 2 days, candidates will gain the tools, key knowledge and confidence needed to be an effective team member from the first day they step on to site.
