Excellent opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to step up or step into a Senior Negotiator position with a leading New Homes Brand in West London / Middlesex.
Ideal candidates for this fantastic role will have new homes sales experience, working directly for a developer and use their experience to lead the team on their own development. Whilst meeting your sales targets you will also provide excellent customer service.
Meeting potential purchasers and acting as the first point of contact during the sales process – managing their requests and expectations throughout
Achieving sales targets
Following up on all potential leads as well as making sure contract exchange deadlines and legal completions are progressed in order to meet deadlines. Recording all enquiries and transactions on company CRM system
Attending weekly sales meetings at Head office and build meetings on site
Ensure the presentation of the development is to high standard
Previous experience of selling new build properties working directly for a developer. Able to show stability in your career history
Able to work on your own, highly motivated and driven
Highly personable and approachable. Good at dealing with customers face to face, over the phone and on email.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £26k (dependent on experience) and an OTE circa £45k. This role requires weekend working with days off mid-week. They do offer 1 weekend off in 4 on a rota.
