SALES EXECUTIVE - NEW HOMES
£27,000 basic plus Commission
We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator with at least two years experience of New Homes sales. Ideally, you will have worked as a number one on site and fully versed with the entire sales process from; sales enquiry, sales progression, completion and handovers.
To achieve and exceed your sales targets through providing first class customer experience, fully understanding potential customers requirements and following through on all leads on a regular basis to ensure sales opportunities are maximised. To follow the company’s sales process consistently and support the company’s sales and marketing campaigns.
- Experienced new homes sales negotiator with a successful track record of success in selling new homes on residential developments.
- Excellent customer service and selling skills and has a reputation for delivering high standards of customer service.
- Clear and concise communication skills – face to face, email, written material and by telephone.
- Skilled negotiator and is able to close sales effectively
- Self-motivated and results driven; consistently meets targets.
- Is calm under pressure; highly professional and well presented.
- IT literate – Word, Excel and Outlook; experienced user of a relevant CRM system and regularly manages and maintains it
- Able to drive in the UK
