We are looking for an experienced Sales Adviser to work on a development on the North Yorkshire coast. 

You will be working a national new homes developer, dealing with purchasers over the phone, online and face to face.  Sales skills are needed as well as excellent customer service and the ability to build a rapport with everyone you speak with, providing them with a 1^st class experience from beginning to end.  You will be organised, hard working and motivated. 

Working Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays weekend availability is essential as is having your own vehicle to get to and from the development.  The package on offer is £21,000 pro rata plus bonus’ and commission and other employee benefits.
