My client is and award-winning retirement developer who is actively seeking an experienced Sales Advisors across their region due to expansion and new site launches. They have a need for experienced New Homes Sales Negotiators in Berkshie, Surrey & Kent.
These amazing roles are based on high end, over 60's developments located in the Southern Home Counties, combining excellent build quality with elegant design to the highest standard. The developments consist of a collections of apartments, offering a range of excellent facilities exclusively for residents. With easy access to local towns and cultural attractions, shops, restaurants and entertainment facilities, these homes are set to sell.
The ideal candidates will have proven New Homes Sales experience working to targets and be motivated to drive sales. Candidate with transferable skills from other industries will also be considered. Training will be provided to bring you up to speed with my clients procedures. You must be a great team player with ability to integrate easily into your team. Excellent communication and customer service skills are needed as well as impeccable presentation and a professional approach. You must be immaculately presented to reflect our client’s prestigious brand.
Our client is offering a basic salary of up to £26k plus benefits including a company car, with a generous OTE of £45k (£450 paid on exhange which goes up to £1500 if targets are met plus a £2000 bonus paid at the managers discretion).
