My client is very proud of their award winning product and the pride they take in their work extends to their first rate customer service, build quality, excellence in design they believe provide the foundations to their success. They are now seeking an experienced New Homes Negotiator who can match that level of commitment and and deliver equally high-standards of customer service and passion for driving sales. They are a large and growing, privately owned house builder with a commitment to building talented teams who are keen to contribute to the continued success of the company. They offer excellent training and continuing development with an attractive and competitive salary and benefits package.
The successful candidate will have a wealth of sales experience gained in New Homes and have excellent communication skills and impeccable presentation. You will be positive, self-motivated, organised and target-driven. Site hours are 10am to 5pm and weekend working is essential, days off will be during the week. Alongside your excellent sales skills you must have good admin skills and be IT literate.
