New Homes Sales Consultant needed for Luton area
Up to £23k basic £45k OTE plus car allowance
We are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to work in the South Midlands. Our client, an established name in the industry, is looking to add to their team with an immediate start available for the for right person.
The right candidate will have experience of selling new homes: meeting sales targets, an ability to build good relationships with your purchasers and outstanding customer service skills. You will be able to build rapport face to face and over the phone – keeping in regular contact with your purchasers, solicitors and banks to ensure a smooth process for every sale. Attention to detail and good communication skills are essential.
Your responsibilities will include carrying out viewings of the available properties, taking reservations and completing paperwork whilst making sure purchasers understand the sale process at each stage of the sale, weekly meetings for updates on the progression on the developments and carrying out market research then reporting back to the Sales Manager.
